摘要 目的对比分析0.035 in直径的150 cm普通导丝、260 cm亲水涂层交换导丝、150 cm亲水涂层导丝在冠心病经桡动脉患者介入治疗中应用的效果。方法选择932例冠脉介入的治疗患者,分为3组:0.035 in直径的150 cm普通导丝(1组)、260 cm亲水涂层交换导丝(2组)、150 cm亲水涂层导丝(3组),行冠脉介入治疗(造影及PTCA术)。结果经桡动脉诊疗的成功率分别为1组81.6%、2组93.7%、3组86.3%。结论应用交换导丝一定程度上可以增加桡动脉介入治疗的成功率,减少并发症。 Objective To analyze the application effect and evaluate the success rate and clinical complications in three kinds of wire: the diameter of 0.035in 150 common wire (group 1 ) ,260cm hydrophilic coating exchange wire (group 2), 150cm hydrophilic coating wire (group 3) in the interventional treatment via radial artery in coronary heart disease patients. Methods 932 patients with coronary artery intervention therapy were chosen, the line was divided into three groups (imaging and PTCA), coronary intervention treatment success rate in contrast. Results The clinical success rate were respectively 81.6% in group 1,93.7% in group and86.3% in group through radial artery. Conclusion Exchange application wire to a Certain extent can increase the success rate of the radial artery interventional treatment to reduce complications.
