摘要
结合AK公司对公路客车驾驶区域设计过程中的虚拟校核需求,设计了公路客车驾驶区域虚拟校核系统(DRVVS)的体系结构、功能逻辑流程及系统实现的技术方法路线。基于UG NX6.0、SQL Server2000与VC++2005开发环境编程,实现了公路客车DRVVS的原型系统,依据AK公司提供的某型客车设计方案,对系统功能的正确性和可靠性进行了有效验证。研究内容为公路客车驾驶区域在虚拟设计阶段综合运用CAD平台、KBE系统、知识资源进行校核提供了新的方法和手段。
The application status of CAD technology in domestic and international automotive design and fabrication is investiga- ted and summarized. In combination with AK's virtual verification needs in the design process in bus driving region, the framing structure of the bus driving region virtual verification system (DRVVS), the function logic workflow together with the technical approach to achieve the system are designed. The prototype system of bus DRVVS is set up based on UG UX6.0, SQL Ser- ver2000 and VC-c- ~ 2005 programming. The correctness and reliability of the system functionality are verified with a certain type of bus design provided by AK, which indicates a remarkable improvement. Additionally, a new approach is provided to CAD platform, KBE system as well as background knowledge to bus driving regional verification in the virtual design stage.
