摘要
采用乙醇还原法制备负载型Pt/MSU-S催化剂,采用X射线衍射、透射电镜、N2吸附-脱附对催化剂进行了表征。TEM表明,质量分数为0.5%的Pt在MSU-S载体上高度分散,Pt粒径在5 nm左右,无团聚现象。在常压反应温度30℃下分别考察了Pt/MSU-S催化剂对邻位、间位和对位氯代硝基苯催化加氢性能的影响,反应3 h,底物转化率为100%,邻氯苯胺的选择性达到96%,间氯苯胺和对氯苯胺的选择性达到98%。催化剂重复使用5次后仍然有很高催化活性和选择性。
The Pt/MSU-S catalyst is synthesized by ethanol reduction method.The catalyst is characterized by Xray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and BET.The TEM image shows the Pt nanoparticles are highly dispersed on the MSU-S support without agglomeration and the size of Pt nanoparticles is ~ 5 nm.The catalytic performance of Pt/MSU-S is investigated for the hydrogenation of m-,o-and p-chloronitrobenzene,respectively,at the temperature of 30℃ and atmosphere of H2 for 3 h.The conversions of substrates reach 100%.The selectivity to p-CAN and m-CAN is up to 98% while the selectivity to o-CAN reaches 96%.The catalytic activity of Pt/MSU-S catalyst is unchanged after five reuses and the catalyst indicates a good application prospect.
