摘要
目的 :通过对修订的专用糖尿病生命质量量表 (A- DQOL )信度和效度进行评价 ,旨在国内推广应用糖尿病生命质量评价的专用量表。方法 :采用相关分析和因子分析对 A- DQOL 的信度和效度进行评价。结果 :A-DQOL 的重测信度为 0 .82 36 ,折半信度为 0 .796 3,克朗巴哈 α系数为 0 .86 99,θ系数为 0 .90 6 0 ,Ω 系数为0 .916 3;规定提取 3个公因子 ,利用主因子因子分析法进行分析表明 ,A- DQOL 具有良好的结构效度。结论 :从整体上看 A- DQOL具有较好的信度和效度 ,但个别维度的内部一致性偏低 ,推广应用时尚需进一步修订。
Objective:To popularize the disease specific scale used in measuring the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus,the reliability and validity of Adjusted Diabetes specific Quality of Life(A DQOL) scale was assessed.Method:The reliability and validity of A DQOL was assessed by means of correlation analysis and factor analysis.Results:Test retest reliability,half division reliability,Cronbach α coefficient,θ and Ω coefficient of A DQOL are 0 823 6,0 796 3,0 869 9,0 906 0 and 0 916 3 respectively.Factor analysis of principal factors with extracted 3 common factors showed that A DQOL possesses better structural validity.Conclusion:In general,A DQOL possesses better reliability and validity,but the internal consistency of individual domain is poorer,so it is still necessary for us to further revise A DQOL when popularizing it.
