摘要
目的:探讨老年股骨颈骨折围手术期的中西医结合护理体会。方法:对48例拟行人工髋关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者在围手术期进行中西医结合护理,观察护理效果。结果:经过中西医结合系统护理,48例患者积极配合治疗,术后未出现临床相关并发症,均治愈出院。结论:老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期进行中西医结合护理,能提高临床骨科护理水平和质量,为患者提供更加优质的医疗护理服务。
Objective：To explore the femoral neck fractures in the elderly experience of perioperative nursing with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods：48 cases of artificial hip joint replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures in peri-operative nursing with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,observation of nursing effect.Results：48 patients with active treatment,by nursing with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,does not appear clinically relevant complications after surgery,were cured and discharged.Conclusion：Perioperative management of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture nursing with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicines,improving the level of clinical orthopaedic care and quality,providing a higher quality of medical care for the patients.
