摘要
目的研究洋紫荆叶挥发油的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法从洋紫荆叶中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油成分进行分析。结果从挥发油分离得到84种,鉴定57种,占总成分的83.31%。洋紫荆叶挥发油对K562人白血病细胞具有一定的抑制活性,但对肝癌细胞(BEL-7402)、胃癌细胞(SGC-7901)、肺癌细胞(SPCA-1)则不显示抑制活性。结论洋紫荆叶挥发油化学成分与洋紫荆皮挥发油有很大不同,活性成分含量较低,但具有一定的抗肿瘤活性,可进行进一步开发。
Objective The chemical constituents and antitumor activity of the essential oil from Cercis chinensis Bunee were studied. Methods The essential oil from the leaves of Cercis chinensis Bunee was extracted by steam distillation. The components of the essential oil were separated and identified by GC - MS. Results 84 chromatographic peaks were detected and 57 compounds were identified,which were 83.31% of the total essential oil. The essential oil exhibited antitumor activity against K -562 human tumor cell lines. Conclusion The essential oil from the skin of Cercis chinensisBunee were different compared with the essential oil from the leaves of Cercis chinensis Bunee. This result explained that the essential oil from Cercis chinensisBunee showed certain antitumor activities. It will provide scientific references for the pharmacological further research of Cercis chinensis Bunee.
