摘要
研究了不同负极嵌锂方式对锂离子电容器性能的影响,并提出了最佳的嵌锂工艺。研究结果表明,短路嵌锂情况下,负极嵌锂电位为0.05V时制备的电容器性能最好;外部恒电流嵌锂速率越小,即嵌锂时间越长,其负极的嵌锂量越大;嵌锂速率在0.05C、嵌锂最终电压为0.05V时电容器性能最好;相比于恒电流单次嵌锂,负极经3次脱嵌锂后制备的电容器性能较好。
Influence of Li pre-doping on the performance of lithium ion capacitors (LIC) were investigated. The optimized procedure was suggested according to experiments. Pre-doping potential at 0. 05 V gave the best perfor- mance on LIC with the method of short circuiting. More lithium ion was intercalated into the negative electrode with smaller value of external current (lower intercalated speed). The best LIC performance could be obtained when the in- tercalation rate was 0. 05C and the potential was 0. 05 V. Compared with single Li intercalation, the method of triple intercalation exhibited better LIC performance.
