摘要 目的:综述白细胞介素8(IL-8)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在椎间盘退变(IVDD)中作用的研究进展。方法:广泛查阅近年国内外相关文献,并进行综合分析。结果:IL-8在肿瘤组织中具有促血管生成作用,但IL-8在椎间盘退变中的具体作用及作用机制仍不确切。VEGF作为一种血管形成刺激因子,在椎间盘退变过程中发挥了重要作用,但是具体作用及作用机制仍不确切。结论:IL-8与VEGF都具有促血管生成作用,其在椎间盘退变中的作用有待进一步明确;是否可利用这一作用促进椎间盘中新生血管的生成,增加血循环,改善髓核细胞的营养,从而治疗、延缓、逆转椎间盘退变,是否可作为预测椎间盘退变患者预后的指标有待进一步研究。且IL-8与VEGF在椎间盘退变中的具体作用机制仍不明确,是否存在相互作用,仍需进一步的研究。 Objective:To summarize the recent development of interleukin-8 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)effects on intervertebral disk degeneration. Method:The related literatures were reviewed and the main achievements studies in the fields were summarized. Result:IL-8 induced vascular endothelial cell growth in tumor tissue,but the exactly mode and mechanism of IL-8 in IVDD was not unknown. As a stimulator of angiogenesis,VEGF induced vascular endothelial cell growth,whether IL-8 and VEGF express the function in Inter vertebral disk degeneration and its mechanism is not known fully well. Conclusion:IL-8 and VEGF have effect on promoting angiogenesis,and the concrete function need to further clarify. Whether can use this to promote the generation of new blood vessels in the intervertebral disk,increase blood circulation,improve the nucleus pulposus cell nutrition,so to treat,slow down or reverse the process of IVDD. Whether as one of the indicators to evaluate the patients prognosis needs further reserch. And the specific mechanism of IL-8 and VEGF is not clear,whether there is interaction needs further research.
