摘要
为使更多同志方便地了解子弹药发展现状与趋势,简介了民间的集束弹药国际公约和联合国框架下的集束弹药议定书草案对子弹药的要求。按无自毁子弹药、有自毁子弹药和灵巧子弹药分类对国外子弹药作了综述。指出了子弹药的发展趋势是:通过增加火药或电子自毁机构使子弹药具有自毁、自失效、自失能功能,达到1%未爆弹率的要求;使用无炸药的动能子弹;发展末敏、制导等智能化子弹药。
This paper gave out an brief introduction of civilian international agreement and the U. N. drought protocol on cluster munitions, which was expounded by the division of none-self-destruction, self-destruction and smart submunition- It was put forward that the development trend of submunition was.. by adding the self destruction of cluster munitions to meet the requirements of the convention that the fuze should have self- de- struction, self-neutralization, self-deactivation feature to meet 1% less unexploded ordnance; using no explosive kinetic energy bullets; developing sensor fuzed warhead and intelligence ammunition.
