摘要
松辽盆地南部处于大型湖盆的边缘相带 ,储层具有厚度薄、致密、非均质性强、粘土矿物总含量较高等特点。因而 ,储层改造技术是松南地区低渗透油气田增储上产的关键。通过对该区储层地质特征、岩石力学特征和地应力参数的模拟实验 ,取得影响储层改造设计的关键参数——最小主应力 ,得到压裂液、支撑剂优化方案。同时 ,从压裂时效角度论证了压裂优化设计的准则和原则 ,最终得出松南地区压裂改造的规模和砂比等压裂优化参数。经现场实践 ,该压裂技术效果明显 ,单井增产 7倍以上 ,取得了巨大的经济效益。
The south of Songliao area is located at the marginal facies belt of a large-scale lake basin. The reservoirs of this area are characterized wity thin layer, high density, strong heterogeneity, and high content of clay minerals, The reconstructive measures of the low-permeability reservoirs has become one of the critical technology in increasing reserves and production in the low-permeability oil and gas fields in the south of Songliao Basin. BY means of the modeling experiments on the reservoir geologic feature, the mechanical propertities of rock and the earth stress parameters of the reservoirs of the ares, the differential stress variation and the minimum main stress parameters which are the key factors in influencing the reservoir reconstruction are obtained, and the optimum design of the fracturing fluid and proppant is established. Meanwhile, the criterion and the principle of optimum fracturing design are discuessed on the aspect of the fracturing effectiveness for a given period of time. As a result, the optimum fracturing parameters, such as the fracturing scale and sand proportion, are obtained. Accordintg to the field practice, this fracturing technology shows a distinct effect. The increasment of production per well is over 7 times of the original oil production. Economic benefit is obvious.\;
