摘要
马克思《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中关于劳动是人的本质所在的阐述,揭示了个体自我认同实现的劳动本质;关于异化劳动和人的异化的四种样态表现,深刻揭示了个体自我认同危机产生的深刻社会根源。《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中蕴含的在劳动中实现自我认同的思想,启发我们在今天的社会主义和谐社会构建中,更加强调社会主义和谐劳动关系的建设。
Marx＇s statement that labor is the essence of man in his Manuscript of 1844 Economy and Philosophy reveals labor is the essence to realize individual self-identity;His expounding on four types of alienated labor and alienated man reveals the deep social causes of self-identity crisis.The thought on realization of self-identity through labor in Manuscript has important enlightenment for realizing our citizens＇ self-identity in the process of building our socialist harmonious society.
