摘要
目的分析鄂西北地区重楼药材中重楼皂苷的含量。方法收集鄂西北地区相同产区和不同产区的重楼药材样品,进行重楼皂苷的含量分析。结果不同产区、相同产区不同批次的样品中重楼皂苷含量差别较大。结论生长环境和年限都是影响重楼药材质量的重要因素;要实现中药现代化必须大力推进重楼人工种植,鄂西北地区具备推行重楼人工种植的地理条件。
Objective To compare the content of saponins of Paris polyphylla in northwest area of Hubei province. Methods Samples of Paris polyphylla were collected in different lots from the same producing area or from different areas of in northwest area of Hubei province. The content of saponins were analyzed. Results The content of the polyphyllins in different samples of Paris polyphylla varies extensively. Conclusion Both the growth environment and the growing years were important factors that impact the quality of Paris polyphylla. Modernization of traditional Chinese medicine requires large-scale cultivation, for which the northwest area of Hubei province provides a good geographical condition.
