摘要
企业生态责任日益受到国内外学者的关注。文章从微观的角度出发,基于国外的相关研究成果,对企业生态责任的演进、伦理层面的研究与发展、对企业的影响研究及企业生态责任履行的方式进行了分析和述评,并对相关研究成果及其启示进行了总结。
Corporate ecological responsibility is increasingly paid the attentions by scholars at home and abroad.From the microscopic prospective,this paper,based on foreign researches,reviews and analyzes the history of corporate ecological responsibility（CER）,CER research and development in point view of ethical dimensions,CER influence on enterprisers and CER operation manner corporate ecological responsibility,and the related research and its revelation are summarized as well.
