摘要
目的探讨医院手术器械有效的清洗方法,以提高清洗质量,保证灭菌效果,有效控制医院感染。方法选择消毒供应中心回收污染器械1080件,分为3组,每组齿牙类器械300件,管腔类器械60件,分别接受直接机洗(A组)、酶泡+机洗(B组)、预洗+酶泡+超声+机洗(C组)进行清洗,评价清洁合格率并进行对比。结果 A组、B组、C组的合格率分别为81.1%、92.8%、96.9%,三组间及两两组间的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论预洗+酶泡+超声+机洗的器械清洗方法的清洁效果明显优于其他两种方法。
Objective To explore the effective methods for surgical instruments cleaning and ensure the sterilization effect and the control of hospital infections.Methods A total of 1080 pieces of contaminated surgical instruments were selected from Central Sterile Supply Department.Those surgical instruments were assigned into 3 groups,each group included 300 pieces of tooth type devices and 60 pieces of lumen devices.Direct machine washing,enzyme dipping ＋ machine washing and pre-washing ＋ enzyme dipping ＋ ultrasound ＋ machine washing were used to the 3 groups,respectively.The qualification rates of the 3 groups were evaluated.Results The qualification rates were 81.1%,92.8% and 96.9%,respectively in the 3 groups.The difference among the 3 groups was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion The effect of pre-washing ＋ enzyme dipping ＋ ultrasound ＋ machine washing cleaning method is remarkably superior to the other two methods.
