根管超声荡洗对约诊间痛的影响 被引量：4

摘要 根管治疗约诊间痛（endodonitci ntemppointwent pain，EIAP）是指根管治疗期间发生的疼痛和（或）肿胀反应，通常发生在根管预备后。文献报道，根管预备后约诊间痛的发生率为25%［1］，而死髓牙由于根管内有更多细菌，其约诊间痛的发生率也更高。提高根管冲洗的效率越来越受到重视，因根管冲洗对根管系统的清理和消毒起着重要作用，是根管预备过程中不可缺少的步骤［2］。本作者在Protape根管预备后加用根管超声荡洗，旨在控制根管细菌感染而降低约诊间痛的发生，现报告如下。
