摘要
【目的】研究NaCl不同浓度胁迫处理对杨树和紫丁香叶片叶绿素荧光特性的影响。【方法】采用0(对照),200,400,600,800mmol/L NaCl溶液处理杨树和紫丁香叶片,研究两者在盐胁迫条件下叶绿素荧光参数的变化。【结果】随着NaCl处理浓度的增大,杨树和紫丁香叶片的PSⅡ最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ有效光化学量子效率(Fv′/Fm′)、非循环光合电子传递速率(ETR)、PSⅡ实际光能转化效率(ΦPSⅡ)以及光化学猝灭系数(qp)均呈下降趋势。比较而言,杨树Fv/Fm下降并不显著,且在非胁迫环境或较低盐胁迫条件下,杨树叶片的Fv′/Fm′、ETR、ΦPSⅡ以及qp值高于紫丁香叶片,而非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)值低于紫丁香叶片。【结论】在非胁迫环境或较低盐胁迫条件下,杨树叶片光合作用的光化学性能优于紫丁香叶片。
【Objective】 Effects of NaCl solutions with different concentrations on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of poplar and lilac leaves were studied.【Method】 Poplar and lilac leaves living in same circumstance were cultured with 0(control),200,400,600,800 mmol/L NaCl to investigate the variation of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.【Result】 The results showed that the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm),the photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ in light(Fv′/Fm′),the intrinsic PSⅡ efficiency(ETR),the actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ in the light(ΦPSⅡ),and the photochemical quenching coefficient(qp) in poplar and lilac leaves decreased as the increase of NaCl concentrations.Compared with lilac leaves,poplar leaves had more stable level of Fv/Fm and higher values of Fv′/Fm′,ETR,ΦPSⅡ,and qp.Moreover,non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ) of poplar leaves was lower than that of lilac leaves.【Conclusion】 These results indicated that under non-stress or low-salt stress,poplar leaves had superior photochemical properties than lilac leaves.
