摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,使用Kromasil C18柱和可变波长紫外检测器,以甲醇+Na2HPO4水溶液为流动相,用外标法对对氯苯甘氨酸进行分离和检测。方法的标准偏差为0.25,变异系数为0.27%,平均回收率为99.73%。
A qualitative and quantitative analysis method for p-chlorophenylglycine was established by HPLC using a Kromasil C18 column and UV detector, methanol and disodium hydrogen phosphate aqueous solution as mobile phase. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.25, the coefficient of variation was 0.27%, and the average recovery was 99.73%.
