摘要
院感科依据JCI标准,结合医院实际,筛选出院感监测指标,使用基于风险控制的方式确定了院内感染预防和控制重点,以监测数据为基础,明确改进的重点流程,通过对感染重点进行持续改进,降低了院内感染发生率。
Considering the JCI standards and reality of the hospital, the hospital＇s infection-control department screened the indices for monitoring nosocomial infection, and determined the emphasis of preventing and controlling infection by means based on risk control. The department significantly rectified key work flows in light of the monitoring data. Through the continuous improvement, nosocomial infection rate decreased.
