摘要
目的 :探讨高原肺水肿 (HAPE)患者血浆血小板α -颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP - 140 )的变化。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法 ,对在海拔 3 70 0m处收治的 8例HAPE患者治疗前及临床治愈后进行血浆GMP - 140检测。结果 :HAPE患者治疗前血浆GMP - 140浓度明显高于治愈后 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :GMP - 140与HAPE病变的发生发展有关 ,可能是通过血管内皮细胞 -血小板 -粒细胞的激活环路完成的。
Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the changes of platelet α-granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140) in patients' plasma with high altitude pulmonary edema(HAPE).[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]The levels of GMP-140 in plasma of 8 HAPE patients were measured by RIA at altitude of 3 700 meters before and after treatment.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The levels of GMP-140 in plasma before treatment were significantly higher than those levels after treatment.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The GMP-140 is possibly related to the pathophysiological course of HAPE through the cycle of endothelial cell-platelets-leukocyte activation.
