摘要
目的分析静脉用药集中调配不合理医嘱,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法对2012年7～12月都江堰市人民医院(以下简称"我院")静脉用药医嘱进行回顾性统计分析。结果共审查医嘱257 693份,其中,不合理医嘱647份,主要包括溶媒选择、用法用量、给药途径、配伍禁忌、电脑录入等方面的问题。结论我院静脉用药集中调配工作存在部分问题,需进一步改进。
Objective To analyze the irrational medical orders of intravenous drug centralized deployment,in order to provide reference for safe and rational clinical drug use.Methods A retrospective statistical analysis was conducted on medical orders of intravenous medication in People＇s Hospital of Dujiangyan City（＂our hospital＂ for short） from July to December 2012.Results 257 693 cases of medical orders were reviewed,647 cases were irrational medical orders,mainly including problems of solvent selection,drugs and dosage,administration route,incompatibility,computer input and others.Conclusion Intravenous drug centralized deployment in our hospital exists some problems,they need to be further improved.
