摘要 随着微电子机械系统(MEMS)技术的发展,出现了大量高性价比MEMS传感器,被广泛应用于多个领域。然而惯性测量单元通常包括多个传感器,如三轴MEMS加速度、角速度和磁力传感器,这样要求有多个数据通道输出,给原型系统设计和开发带来不便。基于此,文中设计了一种惯性传感板,集成MEMS三轴加速度传感器、三轴角速度传感器和三轴磁力传感器,通过单个UART串口可以读取9通道数据。经过试验验证,该惯性传感单元能够满足一般原型系统的快速设计和开发。 With the development of MEMS technique, more and more MEMS sensors are appearing due to the high performance-cost rati- o, which are widely used for a lot of applications. For the inertial measurement unit,it generally includes several kinds of sensors such as 3-axis accelerometer,3-axis magnetometer, and 3-axis gyroscopes. Thus to use it, multiple channels are required to communicate with them, which adds the implementation complexity. To combat this problem, in this paper, design an inertial measurement unit which assem- bles 3-axis accelerometer,3-axis magnetometer, and 3-axis gyroscopes, with only one UART output interface to support the nine chan- nels data transmission. Experiments validate the design and show it fits to rapid design and development of general prototypes.
