亚慢性低浓度苯暴露对小鼠精子活力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨亚慢性低浓度苯暴露对小鼠精子活力的影响。方法 C57BL/6J雄性小鼠随机分成对照组(0 mg/m3)、低剂量组(3 mg/m3)和高剂量组(300 mg/m3),每组12只,实施亚慢性动式吸入染毒,IVOS精子动力分析仪测定精子活力。结果与对照组比较,高剂量组小鼠体重和睾丸重量显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),睾丸脏器系数未见明显改变;低剂量组体重、睾丸重量和睾丸脏器系数等方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但低剂量组小鼠精子直线运动速度(VSL)、前向性(STR)、直线性(LIN)和鞭打频率(BCF)均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组精子密度、活动率、平均路径速度(VAP)、曲线运动速度(VCL)、VSL、LIN及STR均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与低剂量组比较,高剂量组精子活动率(P<0.05);精子头长比(Elon)和侧摆幅度(ALH)在各组中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论即使是在3 mg/m3的低浓度苯暴露下仍能导致小鼠精子活力下降。
