摘要
为了探讨新疆西门塔尔牛的泌乳曲线规律,并为新疆西门塔尔牛制定305d产奶量的校正系数。选用了Wood不完全伽玛函数模型、Nelder逆多项式、多项式回归(六次)、Ali-Schaeffer模型和Wilmink模型分别对西门塔尔牛泌乳曲线进行了拟合,以期选出最优的拟合模型,为新疆西门塔尔牛制定出较为准确的产奶量校正系数。结果表明,多项式回归模型(六次)为新疆呼图壁种牛场西门塔尔牛最佳泌乳曲线模型,对各个胎次泌乳曲线的拟合效果都较为理想,R2均达到0.9以上,应用此模型计算得到了新疆西门塔尔牛305d产奶量的校正系数。
The aim of this study was to discuss the regularity of lactation curve of Simmental cows in Xin-jiang and to formulate correction coefficient for 305 days milk yield of Simmental cows in Xinjiang. The Wood incomplete gamma function model, Nelder inverse polynomial regression (six times), Ali-Scha-effer model and Wilmink model were used to accord with lactation curve of Simmental cows in order to select the best fitting model to develop a more accurate coefficient of milk yield of Xinjiang Simmental cows.The results indicated that the polynomical regression (six times) were the best lactation curve for Simmental cows in Hutubi Herd bull farm were indentical with lactation curve of each parity,R2 were more than 0.9, correcness coefficient of Xinjiang Simmental cows for 305 days milk yield were observed by this model calentation.
