摘要
炼油厂常减压装置常压塔及减压塔通过设置过气化油线,可实现定量控制过气化率,这样即可有效保证产品质量,也可尽可能降低装置能耗。设置过汽化油管线通常有三种方案,经过对比后,认为方案三最为经济合理。
Through setting over-vaporazation oil pipeline,it can control over-vaporazation rate quantitatively.So it can not only guarantee the production’s quality,but also induce the unit energy consumption.There are three schemes to set over-vaporazation oil pipeline.Through comparing these scheme,the scheme three has been chosen finally.
