耐高压注射型双腔PICC导管在肿瘤患者中的应用

摘要 目的分析耐高压注射型双腔PICC导管在肿瘤患者中的应用价值,了解带管患者的并发症发生率,探讨置管的时机与并发症的预防策略,以降低并发症,保障患者安全。方法对2012年5～8月置入耐高压注射型双腔PICC导管的108例患者进行回顾性调查分析。结果108例置管患者中,用于增强剂团注98次,持续化疗泵注射190次,中心静脉压监测3人次,静脉高营养输注4例。结论耐高压注射型双腔PICC导管能满足肿瘤患者反复多次团注增强剂、双通道联合化疗、中心静脉压监测、快速输注等需求。在患者治疗初期,应主动评估患者治疗方案,早期为患者留置导管,使之发挥更大的作用。
