This paper summaries about the design and the batch durative ameliorating process of small power I）C/DC convertor of 5 V input and ± 15 V output. The paper thoroughly presents the circuit, the structure design and the solving of the sixty-four-dollar question. And it proves the design rules of the thick film mix integration DC/DC convertor minia- turization, batch process and high reliability.
