角颊木虱为害对龙眼叶片活性氧代谢的影响 被引量:14

摘要 生产上龙眼角颊木虱对龙眼秋梢造成严重危害。研究结果表明 ,龙眼叶片遭受角颊木虱严重为害后 ,体内清除活性氧的酶促系统活性下降幅度大于非酶促系统 ,酶促系统 SOD、POD、CAT活性分别降低 2 6.33%、2 8.58%和 2 7.86% ,达到极显著或显著差异 ;非酶促系统 GSH、As A含量下降 11.64%和 8.4 3%。表明体内清除活性氧的能力减弱 ,导致 H2 O2 等活性氧的积累 ,促进膜脂过氧化 ,造成膜的损伤 ,加速了叶片的衰老。表现为 The autumn shoot of longan and its leaves were severely injured by Cornegenapsylla sinica Yang et Li.Effects of the insect injure on the changes of active oxygen metabolism were studied.The results showed that after the longan leaves were injured by C.Sinica, elimination ability of active oxygen decreased.Degree of decrease in enzymatic system was greater than that of non\|enzymatic system.SOD,POD and CAT,belonging to the former,decreased 26 33%,28 58% and 27 86%,respectively,up to most significant difference or significant difference;while GSH and AsA,belonging to non\|enzymatic system,only decreased 11 64% and 8 4%,respectively.Decrease of elimination ability of active oxygen lead to the accumulation of active oxygen such as H 2O 2,promoted membrane lipid peroxidation,injured the membrane,accelerated leaf senescence,thus increased MDA content and membrane permeability.
