摘要
传统的直流电动机PID控制器在当前的双闭环直流电动机之中应用广泛,但是其在工业生产的应用过程中也开始显现出一定的不足。针对现有PID控制器在参数整定及其优化方面存在的缺陷,研究了一种基于改造粒子算法的新型直流调速系统,从而实现了PID控制的参数实时在线优化。实验表明,改进的算法与传统算法相比较,其动态性能指标更为优异,同时跟随性与鲁棒性更佳。
The traditional dc motor PID controller in the current double closed-loop dc motor of wide application,but its application in industrial production process also began to show certain disadvantages.Aiming at the existing PID controller in the parameter setting and optimized aspects of defects,a new algorithm based on reconstruction particle dc speed control system,so as to realize the PID control parameters real-time online optimization.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm and the traditional algorithm were compared,and the dynamic performance index is more outstanding,and at the same time with sex and better robustness.
