摘要
目的探讨氨基葡萄糖联合布洛芬对于髋关节骨关节炎患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我科住院治疗的76例髋关节骨关节炎患者的临床资料,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组予以氨基葡萄糖联合布洛芬进行治疗。结果观察组较对照组在治疗后治愈及有效率均呈上升趋势,无效例数呈减少趋势,观察组较之对照组在治疗2个月后、3个月后疗效更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),仅观察组患者中有3例出现乏力、纳差不适症状。结论氨基葡萄糖联合布洛芬治疗髋关节骨关节炎能够显著缓解患者炎症、肿胀、疼痛,疗效可靠,值得临床上进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the amino glucose combined with ibuprofen for the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the hip.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted hospitalt treatment of 76 patients with osteoarthritis of the hip clinical data of patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional therapy the observation group be glucosamine combined with ibuprofen treatment. Results The observation group than the control group after treatment cure and efficiency showed an upward trend,the number of invalid cases tended to decrease,the observation group than the control group after 2 months of treatment efficacy after 3 months is better,the difference statistically significance（P0.05）,only the observation group were 3 cases of fatigue,anorexia symptoms.Conclusion glucosamine combined with ibuprofen in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the hip can significantly remission in patients with inflammation, swelling,pain,effective and reliable,it is worth further clinical research.
