摘要
主要介绍了目前供应链在数学模型的构建、供应链成员间的多方协作问题上的研究现状和面临的挑战 ,着重讨论了企业内部供应链的各类优化模型和快速算法 ,包括制造系统、运输问题、库存决策等各个方面 ;以及外部供应链中买 -卖、库存 -分销、库存 -生产等几类协作机制 ;引入了供应链的敏捷性概念 ,在博弈中“双赢”策略的基础上提出了供应链协作中的“双优”策略 ,最后给出了供应链上的信息传递中的扭曲现象的分析、后勤重构的必要性和特征、及绿色供应链的一些研究方法 .
The competitive field in most markets requires well designed products, and agility of manufacturer which can quickly respond to the customer demand requires well designed supply chain instead of individual operations. In this paper, some traditional thinking of supply chain is given first, then the coordination among the members in supply chain is introduced, focusing on buyer vendor, production distribution, and inventory distribution coordination, some other issues such as bull whip effect, logistics reconfiguration, green supply chain are discussed lastly. The optimal optimal strategy based on the optimization theory and information technology is first mentioned in this paper.
