宫颈鳞癌组织MMP-9和Ezrin的表达与微血管密度的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation of expression of MMP-9 and Ezrin in squamous cervical carcinoma tissues with microvascular density

摘要 目的探讨金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和宫颈鳞癌(SCC)中的表达及其相关性。方法选择手术切除的SCC组织标本47份、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)标本35份,正常宫颈组织(NCE)21份,采用免疫组化SP法检测各组MMP-9、Ezrin的表达和微血管密度(MVD)(CD44标记)。结果SCC、CIN组中MMP-9、Ezrin阳性率和MVD值均明显高于NCE组(P<0.05),SCC组明显高于CIN组(P<0.05);MMP-9、Ezrin阳性表达均与SCC组的临床分期、组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移相关,并且在SCC组中两者表达呈正相关;SCC组中MMP-9、Ezrin阳性者的MVD值明显高于其阴性者(P<0.01),在有无淋巴结转移者中MMP-9、Ezrin阳性者的MVD值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MMP-9阳性者的MVD值与分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9、Ezrin在SCC发生、发展中可能起重要作用,MMP-9、Ezrin及MVD值与SCC的浸润转移密切相关,可作为预后的判断指标。 Objective To determine the expression of MMP-9 and Ezrin in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN)and squamous carcinoma of cervix(SCC)and their interactions.Methods The expression of MMP-9 and Ezrin,microvessel density(MVD)labeled by CD44 labeled by MMP-9 and Ezrin protein in 21 cases of normal cervical epithelium(NCE),35 CIN cases and 47 SCC cases were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results The positive expression rates and MVD of MMP-9 and Ezrin in SCC,CIN were significantly higher than that in NCE(P0.05).The positive expression rates in SCC were higher than that in CIN(P0.05)Both of their expressions were related with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and pathological staging(P0.05).And the expressions in SCC was related with each other.The expression of MMP-9 and Ezrin was significantly higher in squamous carcinoma lymph node metastasis than in squamous carcinoma without lymph node metastasis(P0.05),the expressions of MMP-9 and Ezrin were positively correlated with MVD(P0.05).Conclusions The positive expression of MMP-9 and Ezrin might play an important role during tumor,invasion and metastasis.Detection of expression of MMP-9 and Ezrin might be valuable for prognosis of squamous carcinoma.
