摘要
通过测试进口瓶盖专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂的结构与性能,确定THDPE5603-IP的熔体流动速率为2.5-4.0g/10min、密度为0.954~0.958g/cm3。根据装置的工艺状况,确定了生产采用并联聚合生产工艺,反应温度为85℃、反应压力为0.4-0.6MPa,通过调整HDPE装置生产工艺条件生产出刚韧平衡的高性能瓶盖专用树脂HDPE5603JP。该树脂具有较好的耐环境应力开裂性能和机械强度,适用于制作瓶盖类产品。
The author determined that the meh flow rate and density of high density polyethylene (HDPE) special resin grade 5603JP for bottle cap use should be 2.5-4.0 g/10 rain and 0.954-0.958 g/cm3 respectively through testing the structure and properties of the imported HDPE samples. The parallel polymerization pro- cess was adopted with the reaction temperature of 85 ℃ and the reaction pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa according to the process technology of the HDPE plant. Under the above conditions, high performance special HDPE resin for bottle cap use with rigid-tough balance was produced by adjusting the production process conditions of the HDPE plant. The resin had excellent environmental stress cracking resistance and mechanical strength, and was suitable for manufacturing bottle caps.
