摘要
对单吸三级提压消防泵的动力匹配、结构设计以及内部流场进行了计算与分析。结果表明:与该三级提压消防泵相匹配的发动机功率必须大于5.4kW,三级提压消防泵的内部结构紧凑,流场模拟作为理论依据可以为工程应用提供指导作用,该消防泵能具有质量轻,扬程大,流量大的特性。
The power matching,structural design and simulation for the inner fluid of the three-level mention pressure forestfire-extinguishing pump were researched.The result showed:the match engine to the pump must be greater than 5.4kW,the internal structure of pump was compact,the simulation for the inner fluid could be as theory to provide the engineering application.The three-level mention pressure forest-fire-extinguishing pump possessed the function of light weight,large head and large flow.
