摘要
目的探讨腹部闭合性损伤有效诊治对策。方法回顾性分析芜湖市第五人民医院2005年01月至2012年06月收治的83例腹部闭合性损伤临床资料。结果腹部闭合性损伤病情危重,合并症多,易发生误诊。结论早期正确诊断和及时合理治疗是降低腹部闭合性损伤死亡率的关键。
Objective To investigate the effective strategy of diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma. Methods The data of diagnosis and treatment of 83 patients with the blunt abdominal trauma in our hospital from Jan 2005 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Resu/ts The blunt abdominal trauma was one of the severe disease,the patients were serious and had more complications,so misdiagnosis usually occurred. Conclusion The early accurate diagnosis and rational therapy promptly are the key to reduce the mortality.
