摘要
随着桂林旅游业的蓬勃发展,桂林旅游职业教育也得到了较大的提高。以高职高专为主体的旅游职业教育结构体系已经基本形成,并呈现多元化发展趋势。尽管桂林旅游职业教育发展迅速,但是各个学校办学水平参差不齐。针对以上发展现状,为了促进桂林旅游职业教育的长足发展,提出了以下的发展对策:加大对旅游职业教育的投资力度和政策倾斜;依托桂林旅游文化资源,办出桂林旅游职业教育特色;重新整合桂林旅游职业教育资源;创新桂林高等职业教育机制,面向东盟市场,服务广西地方。
With the development of Guilin tourism,Guilin tourism occupation education has also been greatly improved.The basic system of tourism occupation education has been formed in which the higher vocational education is the main body,and the development of tourism occupation education shows the tendency of development diversification.Although Guilin tourism occupation education develops rapidly,the school education levels are not balanced.In view of the above situation,in order to promote the rapid development of Guilin tourism occupation education,we put forward the following development countermeasures： increasing tourism occupation education investment and policy inclination;relying on the Guilin tourism culture resources and running the unique of tourism occupation education;integrating the Guilin tourism occupation education resources;innovating the mechanism of Guilin higher occupation education which faces the ASEAN market and serves the Guangxi.
