摘要
寰椎由于创伤、肿瘤切除、畸形矫正、医源性损伤等原因造成的不稳定，需要重建其稳定性；寰椎椎弓根螺钉技术较其它内固定方法有显著的优势，就近年来国内外寰椎椎弓根螺钉置入技术方面的研究近况，探讨寰椎椎弓根螺钉置入的研究与进展。
Atlas instability is due to the trauma, tumor resection, deformity correction and iatrogenic injury causes. In this case to rebuild the stability of the atlas is needed. Atlas pedicle screw insertion technique is better than other methods. The recent research progress in pedicle screw insertion technique in the world is discussed in this paper.
