全胰腺切除治疗胰腺肿瘤的体会 被引量：4

摘要 目的胰头十二指肠切除术治疗胰腺肿瘤有残胰复发和术后胰瘘的风险,本研究拟探讨全胰腺切除治疗胰腺肿瘤的价值。方法对盛京医院普通外科的6例胰腺肿瘤患者,采用全胰腺切除手术治疗,术后监测控制血糖,补充消化酶,并对病例的临床资料及治疗效果进行分析。结果 1例术后7 d死于胆道感染,1例术后5月死于低血糖,其余4例随访1年,无癌复发或转移,生存质量良好。结论随着手术技术的提高和围手术期管理的加强,全胰腺切除治疗胰腺肿瘤是一种很好的选择。
