摘要
为科学合理判定山区高速公路隧道交通运行环境安全状态,提出了基于灰色熵权聚类的山区高速公路隧道交通运行环境安全评价模型。从道路条件、交通条件、环境条件和气候条件4个方面,构建了涵盖18个指标的山区高速公路隧道交通运行环境安全评价体系。模型借鉴熵理论确定各指标权重,结合3级白化权函数,计算灰色熵权聚类系数;依据最大隶属度判定山区高速公路隧道交通运行环境安全水平。以西汉高速隧道群为例,对评价模型可行性和有效性进行验证。结果表明,运用所提出模型判定的隧道交通运行环境安全水平等级与年平均交通事故数成相反趋势,该模型有效可行,具有一定的实用价值。
In order to evaluate the safety of mountain freeway tunnels' traffic operation,an evaluation model based on the grey entropy weight clustering(GEC) was proposed.Based on the analysis of road conditions,traffic conditions,environmental conditions and weather condition,an evaluation system of mountain freeway tunnels which included 18 indicators was established.Weights of indicators were determined based on entropy theory.With weights and whitenization weight function,the grey entropy clustering coefficient was calculated,and the safety of mountain freeway tunnels' traffic operation was evaluated.A case study of Xi-Han freeway tunnel groups was conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.The result shows that the safety evaluation result by GEC is consistent with that of intuitive judgment to traffic accident.The method is effective and feasible,and has a certain practical value.
