摘要
目的:观察补肾壮筋汤治疗肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:112例随机分为两组,治疗组56例服补肾壮筋汤,对照组56例关节腔注射透明质酸钠,两组均以5周为一疗程。结果:治疗效果治疗组与对照组相当。结论:补肾壮筋汤治疗肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解疼痛,疗效肯定。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of BuSHen ZHuangJin soup on treating Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of KOA.Methods：112 example patients divide into 2 groups stochastically.Treatment group 56 exeample drink BuSHen ZHuangJin soup,control group 56 example intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.2 groups take 5 weeks as 1 treatment course.Results：The therapeutic effect of the treatment groups can be compared with control group.Conclusions：BuSHen ZHuangJin soup is the ideal drug for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency Syndrome of KOA,effectively relieving pain,treatment effect is certainly.
