摘要
目的:总结母婴同室病区预防新生儿被盗安全管理经验,防止新生儿被盗。方法:分析母婴同室病区安全隐患,强化医务人员及患者安全防范意识,有效落实安全防范措施,强化过程管理。结果:运行一年未发生新生儿被盗事件,住院分娩人数由2011年2888人上升到2012年3744人,产妇对医院安全保障措施的满意度明显提升,由实施前的91.45%上升到实施后的97.64%(P<0.01)。结论:结合医院自身特点,建立并完善预防新生儿被盗安全管理策略,能有效确保新生儿安全,杜绝新生儿被盗事件的发生,提高患者满意度。
Objective：To summarize the rooming - in ward safety management against infant abduction. Methods： Analyze potential satety hazard of roomingin wards,strengthen medical personnel and patient safety awareness and implement effective safety measures, strengthen the precess management. Results： There was no infant - stolen event happened during the year,the number of hospital - births a year have improved from 2888 in 2011 to 3744 in 2012, patient satisfaction about the security measures in hospital improved significantly, from 91.45 % before the im- plementation of up to 97.64% alter the implementation（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Combining with the characteristics of the hospital, to establish and pertect the safety management against infant abduction can effectively ensure the safety of the newborn, to eliminate infant - stolen events, to improve patient satisfaction.
