摘要
以黄磷炉渣为原料,经HNO3溶液浸出,钙以Ca(NO3)2形式进入到浸出液,与硅分离后,浸出液经H2SO4沉淀,分离、洗涤,干燥可得到优质的CaSO4产品。作者研究了w(H2SO4)、V(H2SO4)∶V(HNO3浸出液)、温度、反应时间等因素对CaSO4收率的影响,通过扫描电镜、能谱等测试方法对CaSO4的性能进行了表征。研究表明:产品收率达到92.52%,且质量分数为99.09%的CaSO4产品,外貌呈针状。最佳工艺条件:w(H2SO4)=20%,常温,V(H2SO4)∶V(HNO3浸出液)=0.6,反应时间为45min。
With yellow phosphorus slag as the raw material and nitric acid as leaching agent,SiO2 was separated from the yellow phosphorus slag in the form of amorphous hydrated silicon dioxide.The calcium was entered into lixivium in the form of calcium nitrate,which was precipitated with sulphuric acid and high quality calcium sulfate(CaSO4)product was obtained after washing and drying.The effect of the factors such as mass concentration of sulphuric acid,the volume ratio of H2SO4 to nitrleaching liquor,the reaction temperature,the reaction time on the yield of CaSO4 was studied.The characterization of CaSO4 was described by SEM and Energy Spectrum.The research result showed that the yield of CaSO4 can reach 92.52%,its purity arrives at 99.09% and looks like needles.The optimum technical conditions are H2SO4 mass fraction 20%,normal temperature,the volume ratio of H2SO4 to HNO3 lixivium 0.6,reaction time 45min.
