锁定钢板与髓内钉治疗股骨下段骨折的临床对比研究 被引量:13

Clinical Contrast Study of the Therapeutic Effects of Locking Plate and Intramedullary Nail for Distal Femoral Fractures

摘要 目的:探讨锁定钢板与髓内钉在股骨下段骨折治疗中的临床效果分析。方法:选取我院2009年8月至2012年4月期间收治的112例股骨下段骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例,前者采用锁定钢板内固定进行治疗,后者采用逆行交锁髓内钉进行治疗,最后观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组膝关节主要功能指标评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组优良率(96.43%)显著高于对照组优良率(83.93%),两组优良率比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.36%)明显低于对照组(19.64%),两组并发症发生率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨下段骨折的临床疗效优于髓内钉治疗,有利于膝关节功能恢复及骨性愈合,减少了并发症的发生,疗效显著,安全性好,提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床广泛推广应用。 Objective: To study the clinical effects of locking plate and intramedullary nail for distal femoral fractures. Method: 112 patients with distal femoral fractures from August 2009 to April 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 56 patients in each group. The former group underwent internal fixation with locking proximal humeral plate, while the latter underwent retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails. Result: The index scores of main knee joint functions in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group { P〈0.01 }. What's more, the observation group had a higher excellent and good rate ( 96.43% ) than that of the control group { 83.93% }, while the observation group had a lower complication rate { 5.36% } than that of the control group { 19.64% }, and the difference both were statistically significant { P〈0.05 }. Conclusion :The clinical effect of locking plate for distal femoral fractures is better than that of intramedullary nail, and can easiness and minimum complications, improve quality of life of patients and worthy of being widely applied clinicically.
