摘要
在直流输电工程中,换流站实现了直流和交流的相互转换,换流阀是实现能量转换的核心设备。换流站换流阀外冷却系统是换流阀正常工作的保障,是高压直流输电工程长期可靠运行的前提和基础。根据哈密换流站干旱少雨、夏季极端炎热、昼夜温差大的自然气候条件,提出了3种可行的换流阀外冷系统技术方案:循环蓄冷式低耗能冷却系统、喷雾机械通风冷却系统、空冷器与冷却塔串联冷却系统,并根据换流阀冷却需求,对这3种系统分别进行分析,核算出系统所需主要设备的技术性参数,最后对3种外冷系统进行经济性分析;最终经过比较,得出空冷器与冷却塔串联的冷却系统方案设备能耗相对较小,运行维护简单,现场应用经验丰富,经济性好,哈密换流站外冷系统优先选用此种冷却系统方案。
In HVDC power transmission projects the AC power is converted into DC power in converter station and vice versa,so the converter valves are the core devices for energy conversion.The converter valve outside cooling system is the means to ensure normal working of converter valves,and is also the premise and foundation for long-term reliable operation of HVDC power transmission projects.According to natural climate condition in Hami region where Hami converter station is located,namely dry and rainless,very hot in summer and big temperature difference between day and night,three feasible technical schemes for converter valve outside cooling system,i.e.,cyclic cool storage system with low energy consumption,mechanical force-draft spray cooling system and cooling system composed of aerial cooler in series with cooling tower,are proposed,and based on requirement of converter valve cooling the three proposed cooling system are analyzed respectively to calculate technical parameters of main equipments for the cooling systems,and the economic analysis on the three outside cooling systems is performed.Finally,the result of the comparison of the three cooling systems shows that the cooling system composed of aerial cooler in series with cooling tower is of following advantages: lower energy consumption,simplicity in operation and maintenance and experienced in field application,thus it is recommended that the cooling system composed of aerial cooler in series with cooling tower should be preferentially chosen as the outside cooling system for Hami converter station.
