摘要 目前钻机游车实时速度和高度的监测主要是通过检测滚筒转速来实现的,这种监测会因滚筒上钢丝绳层数的变化而产生误差。为此,采用单片机和PC机检测天车定滑轮转速实现钻机游车速度和高度的实时监测,通过串口通信实现单片机和PC机的数据交换。该系统安装简单、检测精度高,便于现场司钻实时监测游车的运行情况。利用VB 6.0设计了监控界面,同时通过试验对设计进行了验证。验证结果表明,监测系统可以测出游车实时速度和高度,游车的运行状态可以通过报表的形式上报和提交。 Currently the real-time monitoring of the velocity and height of the traveling block of drilling rig is mainly achieved through detection of drum rotation speed. Error will arise with the monitoring system due to the change of the number of steel wire ropes. Therefore, MCU and PC computer are adopted to achieve real-time monitoring of the velocity and height of the traveling block of drilling rig by detecting the rotation speed of crown block' s standing pulley. The data exchange of MCU and PC computer is achieved through serial port communication. The system is simple in installment and high in detection precision. It is convenient for driller to monitor the operating condition of traveling block. The VB 6.0 was applied to design the monitoring interface. Meanwhile, the design was verified through the test. The verification shows that the monitoring system can detect the real-time speed and height of traveling block. The operating condition of traveling block can be reported and presented in the form of statements.
