摘要 丁二酸与甲醇在无催化剂的条件下进行单酯化反应,考察了醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对丁二酸甲醇单酯化产物酸值的影响,通过正交实验得到单酯化反应的最佳工艺条件;在最佳工艺条件下实验重复性良好,并与其它酯化工艺进行了对比。 The monoesterification reaction between butanedioic acid and methanol was carried out without catalysts.The effects of the molar ratio of butanedioic acid and methanol,reaction temperature and reaction time on the acid value of monoesterification reaction product were investigated,and the optimum process condition of monoesterification was obtained by means of the orthogonal experiments.Under the optimum process condition,the experiments had good repeatability;and the way was compared with other esterification technologies.
