摘要
目的探索在医院护理工作中全面推行品管圈活动的方法,进一步促进护理质量持续改进。方法在全院通过以点带面的方法,先对少数护理骨干进行培训,在试点科室率先开展后再逐步向全院铺开,品管圈推行委员会适时进行监督指导,全面推行"品管圈"活动。结果全院开展的品管圈由21圈增至80圈;患者对护理工作的满意度由2008年的86.53%升至2012年的95.76%。结论以点带面的方法能有效地在全院范围内全面推行品管圈活动,整体提升护理管理和护理服务质量。
Objective To explore ways to fully push forward quality control circle activities within the hospital,and to make continuous improvement in quality of nursing service.Methods We firstly provided training programs for a handful of excellent nurses,who then started experimental quality control circle activities in the units where they worked.Later the activities were spread and unfolded gradually across the hospital,under the pertinent supervion of the quality control committee.Results Quality control circles increased from 21to 80across the hospital;patient satisfaction with nursing work rose from 86.53%in 2008to 95.76%in 2012.Conclusion Full unfoldment of quality control circle activities within the hospital could be sparked by the way of fanning out from the experimental units,which eventually improves the quality of nursing service as a whole.
