摘要
通过对比浅圆仓氮气气调"下充上排正压法"和"下充上排负压法"的两种充气工艺试验,找出适合浅圆仓仓型特点的最佳充气方式,以便更好地指导日后气调储粮工作,提高气调储粮效率,降低作业成本。经实仓试验表明"下充上排负压法"充气工艺具有充气速度快、时间短、能耗低等优点。
Two nitrogen charging craft tests including ＂charging underpard, exhausting on the top pressure meth- od and negative pressure method＂ were compared in squat silos for grain storage in this paper. By identify the best charging method which is the most suitable for the silo characters, it is available to guide atmos- phere grain storage better, improve the efficiency of the conorolled atmosphere for grain storage in future and reduce the operating costs. It showed that ＂down inflated, up exhausting negative pressure method＂ has more advantages in spocd and power consumption.
