摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗深度烧伤创面的临床护理与效果。方法回顾性分析50例大面积烧伤患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为两组。实验组26例,采用VSD治疗;对照组24例,采用常规换药方法治疗。两组均采用相对应的护理方法,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组有效率为62.5%,通过对负压封闭引流的管理和合理的护理措施,实验组有效率为88.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用VSD的26例患者中,一次VSD术后肉芽生长良好12例,2～3次VSD后二期植皮成功11例。结论 VSD的临床疗效确切,通过加强负压引流护理,患者的深度烧伤创面愈合情况均有明显改善。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing method and the curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） treatment of deep burn wounds.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of severe burn patients was analyzed retrospectively,all patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The experimental group in 26 cases were given vacuum sealing drainage treatment;the control group in 24 cases were given conventional dressing treatment.Two groups were all given corresponding care,the treatment effect of two groups were observed and com pared.Results The effective rate was 62.5% in the control group,by vacuum sealing drainage management and reason able care measures,the effective rate of experimental group was 88.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Among 26 patients with application of VSD vacuum aspiration,granulation was good in 12 cases after one time of VSD vacuum aspiration,skin graft was success in 11 cases after 2 to 3 times of VSD vacuum aspiration.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of VSD definite in patients with deep burn,by strengthening suction drainage care,wounds healing has improved significantly.
