摘要
目的应用螺旋CT影像评价通宣理肺汤结合抗生素治疗老年性肺炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月~2012年1月收治的90例老年性肺炎患者的临床资料,将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在此基础上给予通宣理肺汤治疗。通过CT影像表现及临床症状比较两组之间的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率和治愈率分别为100.0%和46.7%,明显高于对照组（75.6%和20.0%）,观察组无效率明显低于对照组（0.0%vs 24.4%）,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通宣理肺汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年性肺炎的临床效果显著,不良反应少,值得在基层医院广泛推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tongxuanlifei decoction combined with antibiotic in treatment of senile pneumonia by spiral CT.Methods Clinical data of 90 cases of senile pneumonia in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 was retrospectively analyzed,all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group,the control group was given Levofloxacin treatment,observation group was give Tongxuanlifei decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared from CT imaging findings and clinical symptoms.Results The total effective rate and the cure rate of observation group（100.0% and 46.7%）was significantly higher than that in control group（75.6% and 20.0%）,and the invalidity rate（0.0%）was significantly lower than that of control group（24.4%）,compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Tongxuanlifei decoction combined with antibiotic in treatment of senile pneumonia is significant,and the adverse reactions is less,so it is worthy promoting in primary hospital.
