摘要
目的对比分析Nd:YAG激光介导的三种脱敏方式治疗牙本质过敏(dentine hypersensitivity,DH)的临床疗效,指导医务人员选择最佳的临床治疗方案。方法选取我院2010年6月至2011年6月收治的115例(223颗患牙)DH患者,采用随机数字表法分为3组治疗:A组Nd:YAG激光+38%氟化氨银,B组Nd:YAG激光+氢氧化钙制剂,C组Nd:YAG激光+自酸蚀粘结剂。对比三组治疗后的即刻疗效、治疗后6个月和12个月的疗效。结果三组即刻疗效在93.2%～97.3%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着时间的推移,三组的疗效均呈现下降趋势,6个月后B组疗效明显低于A、C两组(P<0.05);12个月后A组疗效低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三种治疗方法均有较好的即刻治疗效果,但随着时间的推移,Nd:YAG激光+自酸蚀粘结剂的疗效最优。
Objective To compare the curative effects of Nd：YAG laser combined with different desensitizers in treating dentin hypersensitivity in order to guide the selection of clinical treatment. Methods One hundred fifteen patients （223 teeth）with dentin hypersensitivity patients during the period from June 2010 to June 2011 were divided into three groups. The group A were treated with Nd：YAG laser plus fluoride silver ammonia,the group B treated with Nd：YAG laser plus calcium hydroxide, and the group C treated with Nd：YAG laser plus self etch adhesive. The immediate,6 and 12 month curative effects were compared among the three groups. Results The immediate curative effect was no significant difference among the three groups. However, with the extension of time, the curative effects in the three groups were decreased. The effect in the group B was significantly lower than that in the group A and C after 6 months later（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 12 months, the curative effect in the group A was lower than that in the group C （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- dusions Three treatment methods all have good immediate treatment effect. However, with the extension of time, the Nd： YAG laser plus self-etch adhesive optimal curative effect.
